PKRSlots Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and PKRSlots ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at pkrslots.im. By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on the PKRSlots platform in any form, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

Throughout this document the following definitions apply:

• Platform — the PKRSlots website at pkrslots.im and all associated mobile and web interfaces.
• Account — the registered player account created by an individual on the PKRSlots Platform.
• Balance — the total of real money funds and bonus funds held within an Account, denominated in PKR.
• Bonus Funds — any promotional credits awarded by PKRSlots subject to wagering requirements.
• Real Money Funds — funds deposited directly by a player from their own PKR payment source.
• Wagering Requirement — the total amount that must be wagered before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• PKR — Pakistani Rupee, the sole currency of the PKRSlots Platform.

These Terms are written in English and are the authoritative version. If any translation is provided for informational purposes, the English version governs in all cases of conflict or ambiguity. PKRSlots reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The date of the most recent revision appears at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To participate in real money gaming on PKRSlots you must first register an Account. You may open only one Account per household, per device, and per payment method. Operating multiple Accounts with the intent to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent limits constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds derived from the breach.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile number registered to a Pakistani SIM. PKRSlots will not be responsible for any financial or other loss arising from inaccurate registration information provided by you.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all account credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify PKRSlots immediately at support@pkrslots.im. Any bets or transactions placed while your account was accessed by a third party remain your responsibility unless PKRSlots determines through its own investigation that the access was fraudulent and occurred without any negligence on your part.

PKRSlots is strictly an 18+ platform. Players must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. By creating an Account you confirm that you meet this age requirement. PKRSlots may request identity documents at any point to verify age and identity. These documents may include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), B-Form, or passport.

If PKRSlots has reason to believe that a player is under the age of 18, the Account will be suspended pending verification. If verification confirms the player is underage, the Account will be permanently closed and all deposited funds returned to the original payment source. Any winnings generated while the Account was open will be voided.

PKRSlots also reserves the right to perform age verification before processing any withdrawal, regardless of account age. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

PKRSlots accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard. No other payment methods or foreign currencies are accepted. The minimum deposit is Rs 500 via mobile wallets and Rs 1,000 via bank transfer or card.

All payment methods used to deposit must be registered in your own name. Deposits made from payment sources registered to a third party are not permitted. If PKRSlots identifies a mismatch between the registered account name and the payment source name, the deposit may be held pending verification and the account suspended.

PKRSlots does not charge processing fees on deposits. However, your own bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their standard transaction charges, which are outside PKRSlots' control. It is your responsibility to check your provider's fee schedule before transacting.

Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed after they have been credited to your Account balance. If you believe an incorrect deposit has been made, contact support@pkrslots.im immediately. PKRSlots will investigate but cannot guarantee that an erroneously completed deposit can be reversed once funds have been used in gameplay.

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to deposit on the PKRSlots platform. If your preferred withdrawal method was not used for deposits, contact support to discuss available alternatives before submitting a withdrawal request.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though PKRSlots reserves the right to process large withdrawals in multiple tranches over several business days for liquidity management purposes. You will be notified if this applies to your request.

Identity verification is required before the first withdrawal on any Account. You will be asked to provide a clear photograph of your CNIC or passport and proof of the payment method being used. Accounts that complete verification are categorised as verified and benefit from accelerated withdrawal processing. Standard processing times for verified accounts are: Easypaisa and JazzCash within 1 hour, NayaPay and SadaPay within 2 hours, IBFT within 4 hours during business days, and card withdrawals within 1–3 business days.

Withdrawals are only available from Real Money Funds. Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings derived from bonus funds after all wagering requirements have been met are eligible for withdrawal. The Bonus Funds balance itself is removed when wagering requirements are completed; only the net winnings above the original bonus amount carry over to the withdrawable balance.

PKRSlots offers a range of promotions including a welcome bonus for new members, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spin awards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is active. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms prevail for that promotion only.

The welcome bonus is available to new members on their first deposit only. A 100% match bonus up to Rs 50,000 is applied automatically upon qualifying deposit. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 30x the total of the deposit plus the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. Example: a deposit of Rs 5,000 receiving a Rs 5,000 bonus requires Rs 300,000 in total wagering before those bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable.

Wagering contribution rates vary by game type. Standard slots contribute 100%, live table games contribute 10%–25%, and jackpot slots contribute 50%. Full contribution rates are listed on the Promotions page. Games with a contribution rate of 0% exist and are clearly labelled — wagering on these games does not count towards any bonus playthrough requirement on PKRSlots.

Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or collusion with other players — is a breach of these Terms. PKRSlots reserves the right to remove bonuses, void associated winnings, and close accounts found to be abusing the promotion system.

All games on PKRSlots operate under the individual game rules displayed within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing real money bets. Failure to understand a game's rules does not constitute grounds for a refund or a dispute resolution request.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a live round, PKRSlots will attempt to resolve the situation based on the game state captured at the time of the interruption. Where the system has no complete record of the round, the affected bets may be refunded to your Account balance. PKRSlots' decision in such cases is final.

Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player. Once a round is complete and winnings have been credited, the transaction is final. If you believe a game result was incorrect due to a technical fault rather than standard gameplay variance, you may raise a dispute within 7 days of the affected round via support@pkrslots.im with the game ID and approximate time of the round.

Live dealer games at PKRSlots are streamed from professional studios. All decisions made by the live dealer are binding. Chat function misuse, including abusive language directed at dealers or other players, may result in chat access being revoked and, in serious cases, account suspension.

PKRSlots is committed to providing a safe, controlled gaming environment. The platform is 18+ and provides a suite of responsible gaming tools that are accessible from within account settings at all times. These tools exist because we believe players should be in control of their experience, and that sustainable play is better for everyone.

Available responsible gaming tools on PKRSlots include:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit.
• Loss limits — cap how much you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session time reminders — receive a notification after a set duration of continuous play.

• Self-exclusion — permanently close your account or exclude yourself for a defined period of 6 months to 5 years.

Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed before the selected period expires. PKRSlots will not accept any request to reopen a self-excluded account ahead of the exclusion end date. PKRSlots collects and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as set out in that document. The Privacy Policy explains what data is collected, how it is stored, how long it is retained, and your rights in relation to it.

PKRSlots will never sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and fraud prevention systems solely for the purpose of operating the Platform and fulfilling legal obligations. All third-party processors used by PKRSlots are bound by data protection agreements consistent with industry standards.

Your account data, including game history, deposit and withdrawal records, and communication logs, is retained for a minimum of five years for regulatory and fraud prevention purposes. Requests for data deletion must be submitted in writing but may be declined where retention is required to fulfil legal obligations.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the PKRSlots Platform. Engaging in any of them constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or using more than one account at any time.
• Using false, borrowed, or third-party identity documents during registration or verification.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using PKRSlots for money laundering purposes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's favour without reporting them to support.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players, including in live poker or live table games, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing PKRSlots staff, live dealers, or other players through any channel.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any means not expressly permitted by the game rules.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or similar tool to misrepresent your location or circumvent geographic restrictions.

PKRSlots provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PKRSlots excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express or implied, regarding the Platform and its content.

PKRSlots will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from: interruptions, delays, or failures in the Platform's availability; errors in game logic caused by third-party game software providers; loss of data resulting from technical faults outside PKRSlots' direct control; or any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss suffered by a player in connection with their use of the Platform.

In cases where a technical error results in an incorrect payout — whether overpayment or underpayment — PKRSlots reserves the right to correct the error. Overpayments credited to a player's Account remain the property of PKRSlots and must be returned on request. Where a player has withdrawn an overpaid amount, PKRSlots may seek recovery of the excess through available legal means.

PKRSlots may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active account holders of material changes via email or an in-platform notification before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the PKRSlots Platform after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account by contacting support. Any balance in your Account at the time of closure will be processed according to the withdrawal rules in place at that time, provided your Account is in good standing.
